Greenwheels tops new jobs listing this week

Mobility Rising tracked 16 new job openings this week. Greenwheels Africa, an e-mobility fleet management provider, topped the chart with four postings. Other companies such as Spiro, M-Kopa, Zembo, Mogo, Kofa and ZED Motors each listed three or fewer roles. East Africa dominated with 15 jobs, while the remaining opportunities came from West Africa.

• Notably, e-mobility fleet companies are hiring for response teams. Three out of four new Greenwheels jobs are in the response team, signalling growing demand for talent to reduce service interruptions.

• Beyond traditional sales, demand is also rising for field sales and after-sales roles, which account for almost a third of openings this week.
