New jobs: Apply for these open roles

Mobility Rising spotted 13 new roles this week, lower than the average of 21 jobs per week over the past month. All the jobs are in East Africa. Kenya was represented by Zeno and Ampersand, while Rwanda featured roles from Spiro, BasiGo and Kabisa. Ethiopia had roles from Dodai. Tanzania and Uganda were represented by Watu Credit and M-Kopa, respectively.

• The sharp decline may be attributed to the aggressive, back-to-back hiring seen over the past four weeks. Companies are still vetting new talent as they wind up Q4 2025 and prepare for the year ahead. 

• Most roles advertised this week focus on technical skills in logistics, service, maintenance and battery swapping, with all positions in Rwanda falling into this category. Administrative and sales roles follow closely behind.
